Praesidium Governance, Inc. serves as the independent governance architecture authority and category steward of Cyber Risk Governance & Accountability™ (CRGA™), a governance architecture governing technology-enabled enterprise risk. The disclosures below define the legal, intellectual property, and institutional boundaries within which Praesidium operates and publishes.

Governance Scope

Praesidium™ establishes governance definitions, architectural standards, and attribution principles for board-level oversight of technology-enabled enterprise risk.

All implementation decisions, operational controls, technology selection, and execution activities remain the responsibility of management and its chosen advisors. Governance Artifacts published by Praesidium Governance, Inc. are interpretive and operational support materials derived from canonical publications and governance doctrine. Such artifacts are intended to support governance interpretation, escalation discipline, accountability review, and defensible oversight evidence, but do not independently establish governance authority, certification standards, or regulatory determinations.

All content published by Praesidium Governance, Inc., including doctrines, governance notes, white papers, domain briefs, definitions, governance frameworks, and all related written materials, is protected by copyright under the laws of the United States and applicable international conventions. All intellectual property rights are owned exclusively by Praesidium Governance, Inc.

Permitted & Prohibited Use

Permitted use. The following uses are permitted without prior written consent:

Praesidium™ does not endorse, approve, or warrant the services, tools, or representations of any third party that may reference CRGA™.

Independence

Praesidium™ operates independently from cybersecurity vendors, managed service providers, advisors, insurers, and technology providers. This independence is structural, not incidental. Governance architecture must remain distinct from operational execution to preserve fiduciary clarity and institutional integrity.

Any reference to CRGA™ by a third party does not imply affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or certification unless expressly stated in writing by Praesidium Governance, Inc.

Praesidium™ does not provide operational cybersecurity services, managed detection and response, compliance audits, software implementation, or vendor recommendations.

Trademark Notice

These marks may not be used in connection with any product, service, publication, or organization without the prior written authorization of Praesidium Governance, Inc. Use of these marks in a manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, certification, or approval by Praesidium™ — where none exists — constitutes trademark infringement.
