Accountability Research & Index

Evidence-based research assets applying Praesidium's Legal-to-Structural Distinction to enforcement actions and recurring governance architecture deficiencies.

Overview

The Praesidium Governance Accountability Review™ and The Praesidium Governance Accountability Index™ are Praesidium's evidence-based research assets. Unlike Governance Reviews, which synthesize published doctrine into interpretive argument, these assets analyze enforcement actions, accountability patterns, and structural failures directly, using the Legal-to-Structural Distinction and the analytical method: Legal finding → Structural attribution → CRGA™ architecture implication (PD-DEF-005). The Review is a periodic evidence-based analysis of governance failure patterns, enforcement signals, and board-relevant oversight implications. The Index is a structured classification system for identifying recurring accountability architecture failures across enforcement actions and related institutional accountability events.
